Swimming Video Analysis

​What your Victory’s Edge coach will evaluate during each phase of the swim stroke:​

- Stroke Rate (SR): How fast you turn your arms over and have a hand enter the water.

- Distance Per Stroke (DPS): How far you go, or have gone, every time your hand enters the water.

Working on stroke technique and biomechanical efficiency is critical to swim improvements. Over time, by working on form and mechanics, a stroke rate can then yield a larger distance per stroke. Then, by working on turnover, mechanics, and reducing the glide phase, you can increase stroke rate – thus finding improvements all around.

Bike Video Analysis

What each Victory's Edge coach will evaluate during each stage of the pedal stroke:

- Riding technique

- Cadence efficiency

- Aerodynamic positioning

- How you “fit” on your bike

- Handlebar positioning

- Bike seat placement – leg length discrepancy

- Cleat positioning

- Analysis – front, rear, left side, right side

- Injury prevention
