The U.S.S. Bradford DD 545 was a battleship in commission during Word War II and for 20 years after. During the war, my grandfather worked on the Bradford in a fleet of seven other ships. To make a long story short, out of the seven ships, the U.S.S. Bradford was the only ship that did not sink, or get otherwise destroyed. The name has been passed down from my Pop-pop, to my father, and finally, to me. We consider it lucky.
Like the ship, I am powerful. Like the ship, I work hard. Like the ship, I do not sink, I prevail.
